How does it work?

**When I first read The Emotion Code book – this lit me up, BIG TIME because it brought together so much of what I have been doing with my clients for years. After more research and trying it with a certified practitioner to see if it actually worked for me, I was hooked! I signed up for the certification program! I am so in love with this process! Okay, let’s get back to the details.**

The practitioner utilizes a technique called muscle testing to tap into the individual's subconscious mind and identify trapped emotions. <No there is no mind reading here, yes, I know you might have been thinking it> Muscle testing involves gentle pressure applied to a muscle (as simple as lifting one's arm or hand) while asking specific questions related to emotional baggage. If a particular emotion is present, the body's involuntary response will indicate that information by weakening or strengthening under pressure.

Once trapped emotions have been identified through muscle testing, they are released using a magnetic tool (which could be a fridge magnet or even your hand) that is passed over an area corresponding to an energy center or meridian in your body — usually along your spine. This action helps to remove the emotional blockage, allowing energy to flow freely and restore balance.
