Emily Roberts isn't a wellness practitioner who learned about workplace stress from a textbook. She spent 25 years in corporate leadership — navigating high-pressure environments, leading teams, and managing the kind of sustained stress that doesn't show up on a performance review but absolutely shows up in the body.

That experience is what makes Recharge at Work different. Emily understands the culture she's walking into, speaks the language of business outcomes, and brings both clinical credentials and genuine empathy for what your employees are carrying.

  • PCC certification through the International Coaching Federation — the highest field-tested coaching credential

  • Certified Clinical Acupressure Practitioner

  • Reiki Practitioner

She has supported employees at organizations across the Greater Madison area — and she brings that understanding into every session, workshop, and coaching conversation she leads. What Happens in a Recharge Session?

Acupressure is acupuncture without the needles. During the session, different pressure points will be held on your body using fingertips with a gentle yet firm pressure. When these points are held, they promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation within your body. This calms your entire nervous system.

Every Recharge at Work program is customized to your team size, culture, and goals. All onsite logistics are handled — scheduling, setup, assessments, and everything in between. You provide the room. We bring the rest.

 

RECHARGE DAY The ideal starting point: 1 full day onsite per month. Up to 21 individual sessions. 1 stress management workshop  (scheduled on a different day), Pre/post assessment reporting

 

RECHARGE WEEKLY Consistent access, compounding results: 1 half-day onsite per week 9–12 sessions per visit. 1 workshop per month. Monthly utilization report

 

RECHARGE & LEAD Wellness infrastructure for growing organizations: 2 half-days onsite per week 18–24 sessions per week. 4 individual coaching sessions per month. Quarterly wellbeing report
